Do you provide full service web stores?
Yes! With a "Web Store Program", you secure the initial inventory investment with a deposit, and we take care of everything else — from reports and reorders, to web design and hosting. Talk about easy!
Is it possible to personalize apparel as well as have our company logo on it?
Absolutely. The personalization can be embroidered, or screen printed, in the area of your choice. One of our most popular items is a jacket with a full logo on the back, and an employee name on the left chest area of the front.
Can you print a custom size banner?
Yes. We have the capability to print many items in-house, including banners (up to approximately 4.25 feet wide). Please contact an account manager for more information and pricing.
SHIPPING
Is there an extra charge to ship to multiple locations?
Yes, depending on where the item is shipping from, there is an additional cost to drop ship to multiple locations ... roughly about $4-7 dollars a box. This includes the time it takes to break down the larger quantity order, the box cost, and the shipping labels for various locations.
Can we use our own shipping UPS or Fed Ex number?
Yes, as long as it is provided at the time the order is placed, we can ship using your shipping number.
Do you guarantee your products?
Our staff does everything possible to meet deadlines and customer's in-hand dates ... along with always providing quality merchandise and products. We have hand delivered local items, had clients pick-up products to save on shipping, and returned samples that were not up to our quality standards or that didn't work properly. CPI stands by the products as well as the service our clients receive.
